Dozens of livestock have died in North Horr and Marsabit due to the prolonged drought. Residents are solely depending on the government to supply them with water for domestic use and for their animals.

Where are their politicians? One MP’s monthly allowance would be sufficient to sink another bore hole in no time! but no he is in Nairobi arguing about majimbo, tribunals and envelopes.
